Each watch is securely packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
We offer a 30-day return window for US customers. If your watch isn’t the right fit, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, and include all original packaging.
Because each piece is built to order, returns are not accepted for heavily worn items or fully custom configurations outside of our standard selections.

The warranty on Bespo watches is valid for one year from the date your watch is delivered. It covers manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, lack of care, improper handling, or failure to follow basic care guidelines, including water damage from incorrect use.
